NEC2 and J-pole?
 

Does anyone have a working NEC-2 deck for a 2m or 70cm J-pole?
I suspect it'll turn out to involve a dipole, a transmission
line, and an inductive stub all added together, which is
beyond my present level of NEC expertise.
