LMR 600 N connectors

I've recently had some problems with crimp on N connectors on LMR 600
super flex cable. Although the connector seemed to be well
waterproofed there was corrosion between the coax shield and the
connector at the crimp. This problem was found on three antennas that
used this connector and cable. I suspect it was a poor quality
connector that caused the problem. Connectors plating was peeling off
at the point of connection. If someone could advise me on the best
quality N connector for LMR 600 super flex I would very much
appreciate the advice.
