Need antenna mount for 1999 Ford Escort hatchback. Would like to
use HF/VHF-UHF with antenna screwin/quick disconnect arrangement.

where I decscribe how I built a mobile 6M Halo _and_ a mount for
the thing on a Mercury Tracer -- ought to be close enough to an
Escort....
