Default An antenna question--43 ft vertical

Note the the definition of VSWR uses the magnitude of the reflection

The magnitude remains frequency dependent.

It may or may not be depending on the load and how the phase of the
reflection coefficient changes with frequency.

Ergo it DOES remain frequency dependent in the general case.
