Ideas for a home built 2meter/440 dual band base antenna

It's Location,location,location.
My primary QTH antenna is HAAT + 50ft
5 Watts into a j-pole does fine for most machines 75 miles.
At my fishing cabin HAAT - 75ft it takes 100Watts
into a 10el Cushcraft to get the same working
radius. Elevation is everthing.
