Lopp antenna Question-Re-Post

Questions on this antenna:

No takers the first time, so re-post:

1. Think this will stand 150 watts AM? That 300 ohm twinlead looks a
little fragile for a capacitor...

2. How critical is the actual ratio of length to height? Seems to
indicate a length of about 23-24 ft (upper end of band), and I only
have about a 20 ft run to work with...making the height a bit
taller... so the whole thing might come out a bit taller and a bit
narrower, once it was hung.

Thanks to the group in advance,

Lin/KJ6EF

Hi Lin,

This is one that you could easily model with the free version of
EZNEC. It won't answer the robustness of the twin line cap, but
presumably the author of this design had already put that to the fire.

As for its description, nothing seems out of the ordinary.
