MagLoop vs. Magloop

I see the term "magloop" used here and there as a generic form of
"magnetic loop antenna" which from what I can figure is a term for a
"small" loop antenna, or one used at a wavelength that is at least 10
times the electrical circumference of the loop.

I have also seen "MagLoop" used as a trade mark for a line of loop
antennas. The use is actually a logo with a "TM" which would indicate
it is a registered trademark. But I can't find where this trademark has
been registered.

Is "magloop" a commonly used term in this regard? Is it not proper to
use this term without violating the trademark?

USPTO search:
http://tess2.uspto.gov
I couldn't find anything for "magloop" or "magnetic loop".
However, I did find a TM for "magic loop".

Yes, I am aware of the USPTO. I also searched the Canadian trademark
office. I searched on the word magloop which might not show up since
the trade mark is on a logo. So I also searched on the TM holder's name
and found nothing.
