I am in need of 3 short lengths (10-12") of 1" diameter fiberglass rod

I regularly use solid fibre glass rods for the contstruction of the Baby
Boomer Quad.

Drop me an email as these are difficult to cut and I'll be glad to cut them
for you.

Look at replacement tool handles at the local hardware store.
Shovel handles, rake handles, broom handles, etc.

if you're using them as couplings -y' might try looking at pvc pipe -or -
use fiberglass cloth and resin and 'roll your own'.
I thought about using resin (with hardener)- then soaking a layer or 2 of
newspapers with it - then rolling my own quad spreaders - but never got a
round 'tuit' - but its on my list of experiments to try.
