Hello, and I grew up in Cincinnati where Powel Crosley is that city's
equivalent of Pittsburgh's George Westinghouse. WLW-AM 700 kHz (a
"clear channel") was his brain child. Crosley wasn't too good at
manufacturing automobiles, though ;-) That series-fed Blaw-Knox
"diamond" antenna is still WLW's radiator. Sincerely, and 73s from N4GGO,
