safe.
Well, actually, the proper interpretation from M$ is that it "was not"
safe (you be burned, sucka!).

Hi Bob,

You have to go into "Tools" "Internet Options"
Select "Security"
Click the set level of alert from "Orange" to "Code Pink"
And remove "Notify Ashcroft of all my web/terrorist visits."
