How to tune UHV-6
I have the Comet UHV-6, and the instructions don't say how it should be
tuned (sequence, etc.). It has 440/2 meter/6 meter in the basic configuration, and I am having trouble getting the right swr on it, I have an swr meter. Could someone tell me which sequence should be used? Thanks for any help, Estel J. Hines |

Make sure you have a good ground connection. Tam/WB2TT |
I tuned mine (with able assistance of Bob, WV7W) by putting one
resonator/coil on top, tuning it, removing it, then repeating; so each coil was tuned independently of the others. Then, I tested it with all coils (I have all six - 3.5,7,14,21,24 & 28) attached. It's worked for over a year so far. 73! Joe N2LJD "Estel J. Hines" wrote in message ... I have the Comet UHV-6, and the instructions don't say how it should be tuned (sequence, etc.).
