Using a Pool Cage As an Antenna?

Has anyone tried using an aluminum pool cage as an antenna? If so , how did
you feed it?

My cage is 30 ft by 30 ft and about 20 feet high. It is grounded with several
ground rods and all the aluminum supports appear to be well connected with one
another.

I am thinking about shunt feeding it on 20 and and 40 meters.

Ideas?

Sorta reminds me of the "snake" antenna I heard about many yrs ago.

Dont know if it worked or not, or if some one was just pulling my leg,
but on 160M those claiming they were using it actually had good signals.

I NEVER TRIED ONE BUT I HONESTLY THINK IT WAS A JOKE.
