PL-259 loss?

I'm aware that the PL-259 has loss but what I'd
like to find out is how much loss at 146 & 450 mHz?

Anyone know?

And it's not enough to be worried about even at 450

Unless of course worrying is a hobby 8-}

In my estimation, from HF to 70 cm what is more important than
connector type is that the connector is properly installed. Which
means proper cable dressing, effective soldering to the connector and
then adequate weatherproofing once connected to the antenna.
