where do you start? My local club advertise coursed but they don't return

my
emails.

Try telephoning instead of email. Or you can get the books from W5YI or
ARRL on the internet and study on your own. Many have passed the tests this
way.

I just wanted to say to this group: I am now KG6TDX/AG

I posted this to the antenna group because this is where I have posted

most
of my amateur radio questions over the past year (and have gotten the

best
answers as well!)

I hope to catch some of you on HF soon.

Way to go, Russ. Sure hope to work you someday. Congratulations and a very
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

That's the next hurdle, Robert. The code was the biggest leap. The extra
test is not easy, but I am planning on taking it by next Spring or Summer.

Thanks.

Russ KG6TDX legitimate General Class now.

Congrads. When you get a chance get the extra. Then
the entire ham radio allocations are at your fingertips.
