I'm pretty sure there is no one in Europe.
I would suggest that you join the Hexbeam group in Yahoo groups.
Very helpfull, especially if you want to build your own.
Not impossible to do.

I don't think there is one in EU. I do believe with a little
patience, a person could build one for a fraction of the cost. There
are some great links, files, pics, and a bunch of great guys on
Yahoo's Hexbeam group. There is an Excel spreadsheet that gives you
the dimensions for each band. In addition, there is a great website
by an EI who built one. I think his call is EI7BA and the article is
Hexbeam in 3 hours.
I own a commercially made hexbeam because I got a good price on it. I
would definitely consider building one. Don't expect miracles with
it, just good solid performance in a small package.

Could you elaborate on what you mean, "Don't expect miracles with it"?

It's been covered here, but to summarize, it is a 2 element full sized
element wire beam.

'Scuse me for butting in here but the message is that a hexbeam will
not compete particularly well in the pileups against 2-3-4 element
full size yagis so don't expect any miracles with a hexbeam in this
respect. In general a full size 2 elemment yagi will outperform a
hexbeam by a few dB here and there. Which should be intuitively
obvious. Compacting any "beam" antenna results in performance
compromises vs. full size versions. On the forward gain side of the
hex it's only a tad better than either lobe from a simple dipole at
the same height. Which is to say that if you're S9+10 on the other
guy's S-meter with a simple dipole a hex can be expected to kick his
needle to maybe S9+13 or some such no-counter. The "miracles" in
hexbeams vs. simple dipoles lies in it's meager but often quite useful
F/B ratio, it's steerability with inexpensive rotators and a few other
attributes which make it a good choice given restricted installation
conditions which preclude the use of full size 2 element yagis. Google
W4RNL and dig into his website for his analyses of hexbeams and their
wire beam cousins.
