Armageddon

God said let there be a Big Bang - and there was one.

He then unkindly left the many Quarks contained in the Universe to sort
things out for themselves.

As Hardy relatively recently said to Laurel, both with their legs removed
and wrapped around their necks, "Here's another fine mess you've got us
into."

Is there oil on Mars ?

I do believe Velikovski (sp) speculated that Mars has/had oil.
It has been 40+ years since I read his books.

Velikovski(sp?) wrote nice fiction. I believe the title I read was
'Worlds in Collision' and 'Earth in Upheaval' or similar such title[s].
If I recall his hypothesis was/is that Venus is an earth cousin.

Anyway, my recollection, also from 40+ years, is that he ia not
seriously considered by the science community.
