There's good spam and bad spam. I once paid $60 for a one-year radcom
subscription. If anyone can get it for $2, that's a great deal.

actually a bargain, was member for years, at ever higher prices , dropped it

Posting it on rec.radio.amateur is probably appropriate. Posting it on
rec.radio.antenna and all the other newsgroups is not. His ISP has been
notified (again).
