Here it is-BPL full rollout in Va (MANASSAS Va - BPL RED ALERT!!!)
 

It will be interesting to see how much interference will be coming out of this
BPL. One thing might be significant interference to car radios. Seems that
recent production of car radios have no front end selectivity and if you drive
by BC station or power lines loaded with some RF carrying crap you can hear it
all over the dial.
