It looks like a slam dunk conviction which could cost him his Advance
class license plus other stuff

I assume he had a drivers license, is it also a bad
'PR' day for drivers? Library card/library? If he had
a 'Visa' card should all 'Visa' card holders be ashamed?

This is the guy that let TSA know that he was smuggling (or had
smuggled) box cutters onto planes to show how lousy their security was.

They shot (arrested, anyway) the messenger because he embarrassed them.
