The last time I was there, the U. of Manchester's big antenna at Jodrell
Bank was "steerable." Perhaps you are thinking of another antenna.

Only the feed at Arecibo can be moved.

Arecibo remains the largest fixed antenna.
The largest steerable is DSN... 70 m

Jodrell Bank is 250 foot or 76.2m.

Uh huh. But that moves the beam around.

A lot of satellite receivers use fixed reflectors with multiple feeds
to look at different satellites.

A lot of search and fire control radars also use "fixed" planar
antennas with electronic beam steering.

I submit that all of these are "steerable."
