I have to test this propagation pgm from NAVY
"Advanced Refractive Effects Prediction System - AREPS"
available for free at http://sunspot.spawar.navy.mil/

I don't know it.

Do you know how it performs ? Or its drawback(s) or any feature I had to
check closer ?
Any review or comment is welcome to get an idea of where I put my feet ;-)

them manual looks very good, nice info on propagation modes. but the
program looks like its got lots of different stuff in it, more than i would
be interested in anyway... all the way from hf through radar.
