Default Wire wound dummy load...

I need to come up with a dummy load for a 250+ watt xmitter.

IF I take two 100 watt wire wound resistors in parallel (for 50 ohms)
and put them in a can full of silicone oil and feed it though an L-Match
should it work?

Warmest regards,
John
