as a comment or as an insult.

The only way to incur the wrath of the FCC is using it in a sexual context.

Doc, I found the reasoning of the FCC less than stellar and was pointing out
the fact.

I don't use the word in personal conversations, let alone on the air. I was
at a local high school to cover an event, and heard the word more times,
spoken by young girls, than during my 10 years in the Navy.

Since the Right Whiner Hegemony, they've replaced their banner of
morality with the Dollar. A decade ago Senate hearings were held to
