UHF TV antenna. Stacked "bowties" over a plane reflector. It's a cheap low
gain directional antenna used for UHF TV reception.

Not clear enough to see if it is a UHF TV or not. Looks sort of like the
broadband antennas around here. Unusual mast arrangement for this region
near Chicago.

For sure not VHF. They may be expensive now with HD TV, but in my day they
were cheap UHF TV antennas in Michigan, my home state.

Looks like the antenna we used for TRC-24's back in the early 70s late 60s
in Co A USASTRATCOM Long Lines Battalion North. - near Seoul Korea.
So its probably VHF .
