If you have one of the Off Center Fed dipole, Inverted Vee antennas
that is out there either by Alpha-delta or HamCallnet's Buckmaster 6 band antenna. It appears that all these have the insulated wire that can run around trees with no problem and are constructed with 6:1 baluns. All of them say that they work most bands great without a tuner (15 mtr not included). I'm just curious of those on the newsgroup are any of you owners of any of these antennas? If so are the reports true that they out perform most other dipoles and Vees correct? What do you think of the antennas and would you buy it again? Also which of the OCF antennas do you own or like? Thanks in advance Gary |
