Bayed ?70cms? yagis with an altitude-azimuth
rotator. The yagis look to be 20 or so elements.
The rotator can swing the antennas around 360
degrees but also tilt it up and down so it can
aim anywhere in the sky. Two antennas are used
to get an extra ~3dB gain, double the signal.
Very high gain, but narrow beamwidth so the aiming
software has to be good to track the 'bird'.
Looks like some kind of portable mast being used
as support.

It looks like a pair of KLM 440 mhz antennas or equivilent for circular
polorization. The rotator is an AZEL probably by Yeasu.

I presume it is the transmit/receive electronics with the computer
interface.

Radio signals at these frequencies are weak and losses in wires can
become excessive. So, use short wires/cables and get the data into the
comupter where it can be handled much more efficiently.
