Default 2006 ARRL Antenna Handbook

Does anyone know when the 2006 ARRL Handbook & 2006 ARRL Antenna Handbook
will be released? I understand that the 2005 had a major upgrade. I didn't
buy it, thinking by now, I might as well wait for the 2006 issue. Thanks in
advance.

Both the 2006 ARRL Handbook and the 20th edition (2006) Antenna Handbook are
sitting in my book shelf.

These have been advertised in QST in the last 2 issues.
I get a flyer for availability of ARRL publications about 4 times a year
(membership perk?) Ordered mine via ARRL Store web site the 2nd week of
December.
All arrived 1 week before Christmas.

The ARRL Antenna Book goes through a major revision every few years.
The 20th Edition is the current edition. I have every edition of the
Antenna Book and each has a unique presentation of enough of its
material to warrant the purchase, IMHO.

ARRL does some degree of revision to the Handbook every year, with the
2006 being a pretty heavy revision. What I suggest hams do is to watch
the ads and note which chapters were given major revisions. When you
see chapters whose subject topic interests you, it is probably worth
buying the Handbook that year.
