Yes!
Feeding at the "bottom" makes it horizontal and the "side" vertical. There is obviously some response in the other polarity (more than a yagi?) but I havent researched this. The square can also be a rectangle... (Beware of feedpoint Z changes) You can also feed the in quadrature on two adjacent corners for circular..
