Vertical Fibre-glass antenna for 10-12-15-20 meter ??
 

Length apx 7 meters, with radials, no tuner needed, to be mounted on a piece
of steelpipe. Any shops or dealer who sells such ?

Perhaps the Force 12 Sigma 5, 5-band vertical dipole would meet your
needs and include 17 meters too.
