I only know about an 'offline' ARRL modelling course
(http://www.arrl.org/catalog/?item=8721).
It's based on EZnec, NecWin+ and/or 'pure' Nec2 models. You can also
use 4nec2 to run the models. From my memory: mostly HF, some VHF/UHF
and no microwave.
