The SW-3 I recently acquired has all sections of the voltage divider open! I have the values of the individual sections but not sure how they are arranged. It appears that the 6900 Ohm section goes to B+ and then thru the 2000 Ohm section and 3100 Ohms to ground. My receiver is set up for 2.5 volt filaments and I would like to operate it from 6 volts. Half the sites I visit say the 6C6 is the sub and the other half says 6D6! Which is the better choice? Thanks and 73, Roger N1RJ You are correct on the resistor order. This agrees with an SW58 schematic I found. |
