Precision E-200-C Signal generator.
I have just come into possession of a Precision [PACO] E-200-C signal generator
S/N 38XXX. Case is a 7+ out of 10. Interior is 9.5+ [GREAT!] The BAMA site has a manual for S/Ns 54000 [ca 1957]. The tube line up in the higher S/Ns is 5Y3, 6AU6, 6U8. The tube line up in S/N 38XXX is 5Y3, 6SN7, 6J5. Anyone have a source of manual/schematic? I have a strong EE background and could easily trace out what I need. But, a manual/schematic would be nice. /s/ DD, W1MCE |

The earlier versions used the 6SK7 and 6C5, along with an 80 rectifier which is the 5Y3 with a four pin base. Take a look at the earlier manual on BAMA and see if someone has put the wrong tubes in there, or if it is at least closer to what you have. http://bama.edebris.com/download/paco/e200/PrecE200.pdf I have several versions of this generator in collection of old test equipment. -- Service to my country? Been there, Done that, and I've got my DD214 to prove it. Member of DAV #85. Michael A. Terrell Central Florida |
