This assumes all parts are there and not damaged. Otherwise we wil
need to negotiate the damaged items also.

Ebay for the Buy It Now price and I'll give him a credit on his meter
after he sends it to me and I have assembled it, tested it, and sold
it on Ebay for him.
He needs to keep in mind that he might possibly not get all of his
purchase price back after my time and Ebay/Paypal costs is subtracted
from the sale price, but he will get a working, calibrated meter right
now and a good part (if not all or more) of his initial investment
back in a short amount of time after his meter sells. J.P.
