not totally and completely unrelated to ham radio- this is a Collins
control used with (as I recall) and APDS-105 autopilot - though memory may
not be totally accurate - anyway, it has a couple of pots inside so it could
be used as a fader or something, but more interestingly, if you have a ham
shack with a bunch of Collins gear, mounting this somewhere and not even
hooking it up could make your friends green with envy (hey, I don't have one
of those, what's it do? well, it adjusts the SSB bandpass rolloff......)

you will note that it has the old style "meat ball" logo, not the Rockwell
induced BOHICA - dates from teh 70s sometime
