The "Second to fourth echelon work" EMER (File 169) does not contain the circuit diagram. "Notes for Radio Mechanics Part 3" (File SIG123) contains a circuit and some notes, but no component values. The "General Description" (File 170) contains the circuit diagram but is in absolutely terrible condition and needs to be rescanned if we've still got it. At least the component list appears readable. I think it's a badly faded mimeograph copy that didn't scan well. It needs looking at (and some more work), I'm afraid.
