I checked mine with a vernier caliper, both measure 1.312" or 1-5/16".

I take it that was the larger two knobs? What size is the volume knob?

I'm looking for a donor for my HE-10 and HE-30 and the HE-40 knobs
looked close.

Both larger knobs at either end, measure 1-5/16" in diameter.
I checked my HE-40.
Hey, if you put on 2 knobs the same size & design, no one would know.
Even if you used all the same knobs:-)
