Howdy all...
Does anyone have a specification sheet or info on the International Rectifier Z-1100 zener diode? OR do you know of an equivalent that would short high voltages while present high resistance to to low voltages. I'm needing two of them for a receiver antenna muting circuit. Thanks. W9STB |

How high a voltage do you want to shunt? What frequencies are you operating at? How much current do you need to dump? Those three things are all you need to specify a zener. --scott -- "C'est un Nagra. C'est suisse, et tres, tres precis." |
