Hammarlund HQ feet substitute........ Found !
 

Those of us having a HQ always wonder what happened to the original
wide felt feet sometimes more than not missing, or worn down.

Maybe not perfect but these work great small plastic feet with perfect
sized screws:.

ACE HARDWARE BUMPERS PN # 55930

The hole where the screw goes can be plugged with felt or I used small
rubber picture frame wall protectors.
