Monitor crystal oven ID?

I have asked in a few places without success, so forgive me if you have
seen this one before....

I am looking for a pin-out and voltage spec for a Monitor ovened
crystal module. It has five pins on its base intended for PCB mounting,
two at one end of the case are direct to case (ground), then three at
the opposite end insulated.

The case is approx. 2" H, 1.5" W, .75" D - its foot print on the PCB
being 1.5" x .75", with what I assume to be the frequency adjustment
via a slotted screw via a hole in the base through the under side of
the PCB.
Like this...

.. . 2x ground pins
0 slotted screw adjuster

.. . . 3x insulated pins

On the case side is the following legend...
Monitor
7155-02
JF461871
10.000000 Mhz
84081756
54331

I am aware it is (and I'm looking for) a 10Mhz crystal. I suspect the
three pins are - a 12v supply, 5v supply and and output.

It is a sealed unit, so I'm reluctant to attempt to open it up to glean
any more information.

They are typically 5v regulated with ground and output, some may have an
input for a software adjust. Usually the pins are spaced for 14 pin DIP.

1 Electronic Control Voltage (if used)
7 Ground (case)
8 RF output (either sine or TTL)
14 Vcc (usually 5v)

There are usually extra ground pins. Replacements can be found, but are
being obsoleted by various manufacurers. Rather than tearing it open, the
surrounding circuitry will tell you what is what.

There is also a 5pin standard see links at the bottom

Mine is a much taller unit, but the pin layout is similar and the
ground pins match.
