Michael is right in his rememberances of the start of this group. I was the
proponent who started
it. Then I was KT2Q.
I also believe the equipment newsgroup was to be discussions of ham gear,
not selling, but that's about all there is in that group.
rec.radio.swap - I dont even check it anymore, since as I remember all it is
is ebay ads. Promotions to get people to go check their ebay ads. How
boring.
