Archer Space Cadet Walkie-Talkies
I don't have any schematics yet, BUT for those following the discussion
about kids' walkie-talkies, the 1968 edition of the Mobile Manual has on pp. 218-219 a schematic of the three-transistor Knight C-100 CB Transceiver and directions on modifying it for 6M AM. Worth checking out although the modulation level on this design doesn't look like anything to write home about. --scott Oh, and whoever asked originally, if you want this Lafayette unit, PLEASE email me. -- "C'est un Nagra. Aren't you supposed to add an audio transformer to improve modulation? I seem to recall reading something along those lines in one of the magazines. Michael VE2BVW -- "C'est un Nagra.
