Lavoie Laboratories LA-71 Deviation Meter

It would be good to find a manual for this unit. I have found some
info about the company on the web. It looks to be in fine shape and I
am sure it would perform as intended if I could find some
instructions. Tom's site isn't accepting email right now so I assume
patience will be the order of the day. Thanks for reading this, 73
