Manual for Harris/PRD 2020 Vector Voltmeter

I am searching for a Service manual for Harris/PRD Type P2020 Vector Voltmeter with a type 2021 Sampling Head.

The voltmeter looks as being of same generation as the HP 8450 but obviously much more scarce. A search by Google does not give any usable results, at least with my limited abilities

Can anybody help?
