A Collins 32V-3

Now that Ive got the R-390 up and running Ive acquired a Collins 32V-3 to
pair it with. I havent powered it up yet, just working around the outside.
Ive replaced the cracked frequency dial glass. The antenna connector got
dinged and the whole assembly got bent so that needs to be replaced. The
front panel screw that seems to hold the Antenna Loading shaft in place is
loose and somehow binds up the control if I try and tighten it so...

TS-520 VFO Doesn't stay on freq through range

Another TS-520 question...

If I calibrate the VFO movable ring at lets say 175khz, then I move to 350
khz, I see a up to 3 khz difference. That difference appears to change as I
go through the range, as in it might be high at 250, then low at 350
compared to the 25 khz cal reference. Does that make any sense? And is this
something that can be adjusted?
