Try saying the following and you'll maybe get some bids:

"Nicely built homebrew transmitter, utilizing many original
Collins parts - made to look like the famous 32V series.
Has Collins tuning dial, meter,and one xfmr, and possibly even
the PTO. Works to some extent but will need some work.
Well done - looks a lot like the 'real thing' - nice job for a
homebrew rig!"

This is NOT a Collins prototype! Hyping it as some rarity is
not going grant you an early retirement, but honesty in your
report might get you a couple hundred bux.

How can you be so sure?? Having been both
an RF engineer and a Collins owner, it sure
looks like the real thing to me. Just about all
manufacturers build bid samples for various
contracts.
