How about a genuine Boonton 260A 100uA Circuit Q Meter movement,
tested and in perfect condition, for $50?

I replaced the Q meter with a triplet 50 ua movement and increased the 3.4K resistor with a 78K resistor. Alternately you can use other 100ua movements. I copied the dial on a color scanner and copier. Seems to calibrate OK
