Can anyone point me to alternate sources for a Collins 651S-1 service
manual?
Surplus Sales of Nebraska sells a "completed" photocopy for $165 and an
"abridged" version for $45.
Not sure what the abridged version incliudes, but price is clearly abridged,
too.

I made a copy of my manual, it has a number of long fold out pages that cost $3
each to make.
It cost $135 at Kinko's to copy the manual and takes about 2 hours. If the
fold outs are not cut, that is not a bad price.
