Heathkit HW-32A Ideas

Hi..
I have a Heathkit HW-32A.
On pin 2 of the 12BY7 I get 900K..which is too high.
Also the plate voltage is low at 130 and it should be (according to
manual) about 230 volts..the finals are 6GE5.
Any ideas where to start would be appreciated..thanks...

'k, I got the schematic here.

Do you have 130V on both sides of L3, the driver transformer? How about
the 1mH choke, RFC 50? Is the whole B+ line wonky?
