FS: Hallicrafter SX-28, 2 cases and a large Hallicrafter speaker

For sale (NOT auction): Hallicrafters SX-28 radio AND large speaker.
In working condition. I am no techie but it works and probably can
use some sort of tune up. Here's what you get.

Will take highest offer by Friday October 17 8pm.

Highest offer so far ( Oct 10) : $325

1)The radio in good cosmetic condition in a military case

2) The Halliicrafters standard case (not seen here, its still in my
garage somewhere). It is in great condition,

3) A vintage large Hallicrafters speaker.


Really rather not pack and ship this monster. It is available in the
Los Angeles area.

exactly that it's not an auction?? I mean I couldn't care
less - I'm not anti-Ebay. But 'highest bidder before
closing time' most certainly IS an auction! Maybe you
simply mean to say 'not Ebay' - but it's still an auction!

So it's "for sale for $500" or best offer.

And you get to meet him and it in LA if you want. Seems to be
more protection than eBay.
