FA: Heathkit knob set for SB / HW

Not from any one rig - 7 small knobs with pointers, one tuning knob
from HW-101 (not the setscrew variety), one loading lever, and two
small spacers. All have nice inserts and are in good condition. There
are enough here to re-knob most of any SB or HW rig.
